Vitamin C: Used for increasing immunity, preventing wrinkles, lowering high blood pressure, improving physical performance and strength, and reducing fatigue and stress.

Vitamin E: Fat-soluble vitamin with antioxidant properties. It helps to reduce the toxic effects of excessive estrogen. And it's required for the synthesis of hormones. 

Vitamin B-1: Anti-stress vitamin, strengthen the immune system, needed for energy metabolism and proper function of the nervous system. Thiamin (vitamin B1) helps the body's cells change carbohydrates into energy. The main role of carbohydrates is to provide energy for the body, especially the brain and the nervous system.

Vitamin B-3: Niacin is a necessary part of the cycle in which the body breaks down carbohydrates, fats, and proteins and converts them into energy. Niacin is also needed for proper digestion, used in hormone synthesis, and decrease cholesterol.

Folic Acid: Folic acid is involved in every bodily function that requires cell division. Folic acid works in conjunction with Vitamin B12 and Vitamin C to help the body digest and use proteins. Taking a folic acid supplement will ensure that protein is metabolized properly, which will help your body maintain a stable insulin level. Keeping a consistent insulin level means that your body will immediately burn the fat it gets from the foods you eat instead of storing it.

Vitamin b-12: The B-complex vitamins B-1 (thiamin), B-3 (niacin), B-6 AND B-12 are all required for the maintenance of a healthy sex drive. They help to increase energy, improve blood flow and circulation, plus they participate in the synthesis of sex hormones.

Fenugreek Seed Extract: Is an herb that is commonly found in the Mediterranean region. While the seeds and leaves are primarily used as a culinary spice, it is also used to treat a variety of health problems in Egypt, Greece, Italy. Fenugreek seeds have been found to contain protein, vitamin C, b-3, potassium, and diosgenin (which is similar to estrogen). Also it contains alkaloids, lysine and L-tryptophan, and steroidal saponins (diosgenin, tigogenin, and neotigogenin).

Due to its estrogen-like properties, fenugreek seeds have been found to help increase libido and lessen the effect of hot flashes and mood fluctuations that are common symptoms of menopause and PMS. Fenugreek also has a history of use for the treatment of reproductive disorders, to induce labor, to treat hormonal disorders, and to help with breast enlargement, and to reduce menstrual pain.

Wild Yam Root: Wild yam is a plant. It contains the chemical (diosgenin), which can be made in the laboratory into various steroids, such as estrogen and (DHEA). The root and the bulb of the plant are used as a source of this diosgenin. An extract is prepared which is a liquid that contains concentrated diosgenin. Diosgenin in wild yam is often promoted as a “natural alterative” to estrogen therapy, so you will see it used in estrogen replacement therapy; also it helps in increasing energy and sexual drive in men and women, and breast enlargement. Wild yam does seem to have some estrogen-like activity, but it is not actually converted into estrogen in the body but it seems that it has some similar activity.

It is known to increase circulation and treat hormone imbalance. It enhances memory by delivering oxygen to the brain and is supportive of the heart and lungs.

Asian Ginseng Extract: Slow-growing perennial plants with fleshy roots, belonging to the genus Panax of the family Araliaceae. Ginseng is found in North America and in eastern Asia (mostly Korea, northeast China, Bhutan, eastern Siberia), typically in cooler climates. Ginseng is characterized by the presence of ginsenosides. Folk medicine attributes various benefits to oral use of American ginseng and Asian ginseng (P. ginseng) roots, including roles as an aphrodisiac, stimulant, type II diabetes treatment, or cure for sexual dysfunction in men.

Dong Quai Root: Dong quai is a plant whose root is used as a natural medicine to treat several conditions. Dong quai mimic some effects of estrogen and it may affect other hormones in the body as well as estrogen can do.

Anise Seed: Anise is an herb. The seed (fruit) and oil, and less frequently the root and leaf, are used to make medicine.

Kelp Powder: Kelps are large seaweeds belonging to the brown algae family in the order Laminariales. There are about 30 different genres. Kelp contains naturally varying amounts of trace minerals (including iodine), which may be useful in maintaining proper glandular function and metabolism and maintaining levels of energy.
